We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional gifts received.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received at our center, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
